Last 10th of December, a big attendance -around 100 persons went at Sligo Park hotel to listen the lecture organized by Engineers Ireland North west: “Hydraulic Fracturing – Two Perspectives”.
Geophysicist Dr David Chew from Trinity College Dublin and Dr Aedín McLoughlin, a graduate of University of London and member of GEAI, went “to provide a balanced professional overview of the hydraulic fracturing process with specific reference to the environmental risks associated with fracking”.
