This March, GEAI brought Climate Action Days to schools in Carrick-on-Shannon and Drumshanbo, helping students explore the climate crisis in a way that felt practical and fun.
The programme unfolded over three sessions: two classroom workshops and a field trip to Tommy Early’s Farm. Along the way, students tackled big topics like fast fashion, food waste, transport, social media greenwashing, and everyday energy use.
